Returns

At Made With Mercy Shop, we stand behind the quality of our items 100%.  Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.  All refunds are issued in the form of store credit.  Store credit will be issued within 3-5 days of receiving the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please contact us at help@merceandcompany.com.  We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Personalized items are final sale.  Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the personalized nature of the item. Please double check your personalization information & size before submitting your order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled in the form of a return.  Please see return instructions above.

Damages and issues
Each product is inspected prior to shipping.  However, it is possible to receive a damaged or incorrect item.  Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To begin a claim for a damaged or incorrect item, please send an email to help@merceandcompany.com.  Include your order number and a photo of the damages.  All tags must still be attached in order to claim a damaged item.

Order Changes
Orders begin processing as soon as the order is placed, and cannot be edited or changed after being placed. Please double check your cart and shipping address before ordering.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns/exchanges on personalized items.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are not returnable.

Sale Items
Sale items are considered final sale, and therefore are not returnable.
